At Scents and Suds Trading Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
No returns or refund requests will be accepted after 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or transaction record).
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging when applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used bath products, opened fragrance items, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
